Smith and Co
Investments started from humble beginnings with the owner Shaun Smith renting
out his first property in 2007 in the capacity of Landlord and Managing agent.
The portfolio began to grow as more and more properties were added on and the
company was formalized in 2019.
Through word of mouth Smith and Co Investments has expanded and now has a client base of Local and International clients, which handle everything from Property Management, Tenant Placement and Property Maintenance
